Full Biography
Michael Paul — pka Dr Empi — is a final-year medical student (soon-to-be graduate) who enjoys chess and leadership through service.
He is the UI Chess Vice-Captain and the ABH Chess Coordinator. He was voted the Honourable of the Year in 2025, and beyond his legislative commitments, he served as the Millennium Campus Director of COMUI students.
A seasoned writer, he has won over 15 essay/creative writing awards, although he maintains that he hates the painstaking nature of writing.
He is the self-acclaimed best FIFA (FC26) player in ABH, although this is not backed up by empirical evidence

Facilitated the "Past Speakers" section on the newly launched ABH Website
Held an Onboarding session for all Honourables to familiarise them with their constitutional duties and the Standing Order and Procedures (SOD) of the Hall Assembly
